  • Lauren earned her degree at St. Catherine University/University of St. Thomas School of Social Work, and has been practicing as an outpatient therapist for over 10 years. She specializes in trauma, relational struggles, grief and loss, and adjustment to life transition difficulties.

    Lauren is passionate about working with women and postpartum mood concerns, as well as helping her clients connect to their spirituality and ability to heal from within.  Lauren has extensive training in trauma-informed approaches to therapy and incorporates elements of Internal Family Systems work into her practice. She is also trained in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to address symptoms of trauma, phobias, OCD, and much more. She utilizes an interpersonal, strength-based approach to empower her clients to reach their goals.

    Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with her family, camping/exploring outdoors, and being active.

  • Megan earned her Master of Social Work degree through Fordham University. She has experience working with students and families in school-based settings along with teens and adults in outpatient mental health settings.

    Megan offers a strengths-based approach to help empower clients in their individual paths. She believes in the power of connection when working with clients to reach their identified goals. She understands the importance of being heard and feeling understood while creating an environment for meaningful therapeutic work. Megan has experience using DBT skills in her work with clients which incorporates mindfulness, acceptance, and emotional regulation techniques.

    In her free time, Megan enjoys spending time with her family, fishing, and traveling.

  • Amanda earned her degree at St. Catherine University in St. Paul. She has 27 years of experience working with children, families, and adults, helping them create habits and routines that are personally meaningful and health-promoting. Amanda is passionate about helping people live and stay well. She has a wide range of experience working with clients in inpatient, outpatient, school-based, and community settings. 

     Amanda specializes in working with teens and adults, helping them to overcome physical, emotional, and mental challenges that may be preventing them from living their best life. Using a combination of traditional therapy techniques and holistic approaches, she helps her clients achieve their goals and maximize their well-being and participation in daily activities.  

    In her free time, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, hiking along the North Shore, connecting with friends over coffee, and reading. 

  • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor | EMDR Therapist | Clinical Supervisor.

    With over a decade of experience as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor since 2011, Raini has worked in a wide range of settings, including disability services, vocational rehabilitation, and school-based mental health programs. This diverse background allows her to bring a unique and compassionate perspective to her therapeutic work.

    As a trained EMDR therapist, Raini specializes in helping clients process trauma and difficult memories, using evidence-based techniques that promote healing. In addition, she integrates a variety of therapeutic approaches into her work, including behavior therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

    Raini takes a person-centered approach to counseling, building strong, trusting relationships with clients to foster an environment where growth and healing can occur. She also provides clinical supervision, offering guidance and support to other counselors in their professional development. Raini is committed to helping clients achieve a deeper understanding of themselves and develop practical strategies for living a more fulfilling life.

  • Nikki earned her master’s degree at University of North Dakota School of Social Work. She has over 6 years of experience in working in a hospital setting with adults struggling with a variety of complex mental health concerns. She specializes in trauma, anxiety disorders, and working with people struggling with medical diagnoses.

    She has taken multiple trainings in modalities that treat trauma, and holds a certificate as a Clinical Trauma Professional. Nikki utilizes a strengths based, relational approach while incorporating her knowledge of DBT/CBT skills to help clients achieve their goals and have more agency over their own life.

    In her free time, Nikki enjoys reading, spending time with her dogs, and enjoying the beautiful outdoors.

  • Danielle is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from St. Thomas and St. Catherine Universities, emphasizing clinical practice.  Her treatment approach is rooted in relational and psychodynamic theories with flexibility to meet individual needs.  Danielle strives to create a warm, non-judgmental space for people to explore who they are and who they want to be in the world with the goal of less suffering and more satisfaction.

    Danielle provides individual and group therapy to adults 18 and older interested in cultivating change.  She has experience treating individuals with symptoms of anxiety, depression, and relational trauma.  She has a special interest in working with individuals and communities who have historically been pushed to the margins of society.  Danielle is also a board-approved supervisor for those pursuing licensure from the MN Board of Social Work and the MN Board of Behavioral Health and Therapy.

  • Melissa's primary focus is creating a therapeutic relationship to facilitate change and healing in order to assist you in creating or rediscovering a sense of meaning and purpose in your life and relationships. She specializes in working with adults and families who have experienced the impacts of trauma and chemical dependency to assist in challenging old patterns of managing emotional distress and developing positive beliefs about the world and yourself. Her background in working with individuals who have experienced trauma has led her to pursue training in EMDR and to integrate this practice into therapy.

    Melissa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth and a Master’s Degree from Argosy University Twin Cities. She is licensed as a professional clinical counselor (LPCC) and licensed alcohol and drug counselor (LADC) in the state of Minnesota. 

    Melissa understands that beginning the process of therapy can feel like a giant leap into vulnerability and making change in our lives can be challenging. She would be honored to assist you in the process of creating additional emotional awareness, understanding, and meaning in your life.

  • Bobbi graduated with a clinically focused master’s degree in social work from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. She has been practicing as an Outpatient Mental Health Therapist for 3 years. Her primary focus is working with adult women, as well as adolescents.

    Bobbi uses person-centered and strength-based approaches with her clients. She believes in building an authentic connection with her clients to help move them towards peace, healing, and empowerment. Bobbi has experience in incorporating a variety of modalities into her practice including CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness.

    Bobbi is also passionate about incorporating somatic-based therapies into her practice, as well as inner-child work and shadow work, allowing her client’s to heal wounded young parts of themselves that may be repressed or denied. She also holds a certification in Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST).

    In her free time, Bobbi enjoys practicing yoga, meditation, reading, being outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends.

  • Tatiana earned her degree at Interamerican University San Juan Campus in Puerto Rico and has over 10 years of experience in the field.  She specializes in coaching families with children who are developmentally delayed; and enjoys her work with children, teens, adults, and veterans. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, couples therapy, and play therapy.

    Tatiana feels passionate working with severe mental health struggles, as well as helping clients learn about symptoms and seek better strategies for coping. For Tatiana, it is important to connect with clients by understanding their story and being part of their healing journey.

    Tatiana has training with cognitive behavioral approaches and existential theories and incorporates modalities that will be a good fit to the concerns and needs of her clients. She also highlights her clients’ strengths to heal and empower them to reach their full potential.

    In her free time Tatiana loves a good cup of coffee, spending time with her family and listening to good music.

  • Samantha earned her master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling through the University of Phoenix Online, and is actively working towards her LPCC. Samantha graduated with academic honors, and is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. Samantha has been working in mental health since 2008 and has experience working in a variety of mental health settings including group homes, ARMHS and CTSS, and both inpatient and outpatient mental health work. In addition to her private practice, she works as a psychotherapist on crisis inpatient stabilization hospital units for both children and adults. 

    Samantha is most passionate about working with young people affected by trauma, specifically children in foster/adoptions, people affected by short and long-term abuse, and those struggling with life adjustment and stressors. Samantha prefers a person-centered, strengths-based approach with a firm foundation in cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and acceptance commitment therapy (ACT).  She prefers to integrate multiple approaches to therapy to best serve her clients. She considers herself a lifelong learner and continues to strive to add to her clinical training. 

    Outside of work, Samantha enjoys a quiet life with her pets, and loves to spend her time learning about new cultures through food, museums, books, travel, and movies.

  • Brianna graduated with her MSW from the University of Minnesota Duluth and has been practicing as an Outpatient Mental Health therapist for three years. She focuses on individuals ages 16+ who are experiencing grief, Bipolar Disorder, anxiety, PTSD, and depression. Brianna is also passionate about working with the LGBTQ+ community, and provides both in-person (Virginia) and telehealth therapy services. 

    Brianna takes pride in her welcoming presence and looks forward to meeting individuals from all walks of life. Establishing positive therapeutic relationships is the foundation for each person that she works with. She prioritizes person-centered care by focusing on the unique strengths of each individual and incorporates various modalities of therapeutic care including a strength-based approach as well as integrating CBT skills, solution focused, and other evidenced based modalities as appropriate.   

    In her free time, Brianna enjoys hiking, curling, photography, cooking, golfing, and spending time with her golden retriever, Winnie.
